Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on Upvote Picks are affiliate links. If you click one of those links and end up buying something, Upvote Picks may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The commission goes to running the site: hosting, tools, and the time it takes to research each guide.

Amazon Associates

Upvote Picks is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

Most Amazon buttons in our articles and comparison tables are Associates links. They are marked rel=“sponsored nofollow noopener” in the HTML so search engines can identify them as commercial links.

Prices and availability on Amazon listings change frequently. We do not hardcode prices in our articles; the live price you see when you click through is what Amazon is charging at that moment.

How products get on the list

A product earns a spot in a guide based on how often it shows up across Reddit threads and how owners describe it, not on whether it has an affiliate program.

The Reddit-signal check happens first. The Amazon link comes after.

That means some products in our comparison tables have no buying button. They appear with an em-dash (—) in the link column. We include them because the recommendation is real, not because the link is.

What we do not accept

  • Paid placements, paid rankings, or sponsored inclusion of any kind.
  • Free product in exchange for a positive mention.
  • Money or gifts from brands, PR firms, or marketing agencies to feature a specific item.

If any future article on this site is sponsored, it will be labeled “Sponsored” in the article header. So far, none are.

Corrections, takedowns, and questions

If a Reddit quote on this site should not be here, if a recommendation is out of date, or if an affiliate link has gone bad, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Corrections are added to the affected article with a visible date stamp. Quoted Reddit content can be removed on request from the original author.
